A physical second-year defender who asserted himself as a presence to be reckoned with in the Galaxy's back line as a rookie. Saw extensive playing time in 2005 and should continue to do in 2006.

MLS Experience

2005: Played in 25 games for the Galaxy as a rookie - 23 of them starts - and logged 2031 minutes while recording one assist. A contender for Rookie of the Year honors from the start of the season who turned heads throughout MLS with his impressive play. Appeared in one game for the Galaxy Reserves, playing 11 minutes and scoring a goal.

International

2006: Participated in a U.S. men's national team camp in January at The Home Depot Center and earned his first career cap as a substitute in a 5-0 whitewashing of Norway on January 29.

2002: Invited to a U.S. Under-20 national team training camp after solid freshman year at SMU.

College

2004: A first-team All-Missouri Valley Conference selection after making 14 starts for the Mustangs.

2003: A first team all-conference pick that scored three goals and contributed one assist in 22 games.
