Parking and Traffic Advisory

The following information is provided by The Home Depot Center, the LA Galaxy organization, and by other transit authorities.

2009 MLS Cup Playoffs: Western Conference Championship

WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL GUESTS TO ARRIVE EARLY AS WE EXPECT A LARGE CROWD FOR THIS IMPORTANT PLAYOFF GAME.

  • Parking Gates A & D will be staffed with a cashier beginning at 4 p.m.
  • Parking Gate B & C will be staffed with a cashier beginning at 6 p.m.
  • Parking Gates E, F, G, and I will be staffed with a cashier beginning at 6:30 p.m.
  • Pre-paid parking passholders are encouraged to enter the facility at Gate C off of Victoria Street. Only passes that read "CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIP, DATE TBD" or "NOVEMBER 13, 2009" will be valid at this match.
  • Fans who do not have pre-paid parking passes: use parking entrances off of University Dr. or Central Ave. Avoid using Avalon Blvd. and Victoria St.

RAMP CLOSURES:
None reported from CalTrans.

LANE CLOSURES/RESTRICTIONS:

  • Sheriffs may intermittently stop vehicles traveling eastbound on Victoria St. from turning right (southbound) at Avalon Blvd, depending upon the flow of traffic. (If the right turn is disallowed, vehicles will continue eastbound on Victoria St.)

The following tables are an estimate of the time required to reach a parking spot from the designated freeway exit. The figures given are in minutes. (Please allow a minimum of 15 additional minutes to walk from your vehicle to a stadium entrance.)

Orange highlights indicate the recommended gates at this time.

Blue highlights indicate parking gates that should be used only by guests with pre-purchased season parking passes or by guests who wish to purchase valet or preferred parking.
